What is Urban Box Co.’s mission?
Our mission is simple: to replace single-use plastics with smart, sustainable packaging. Through bagasse and aluminum solutions, we help businesses reduce waste while staying efficient and professional.
How are Urban Box Co.’s products better for the planet?
Bagasse products are biodegradable and compostable, breaking down in 60–90 days. Aluminum products are infinitely recyclable, reducing landfill waste and energy use. Together, they cut carbon emissions and plastic dependency.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are manufactured at our factory in India, using state-of-the-art processes that prioritize eco-friendly production. Bagasse items are made from sugarcane fiber by-products, while our aluminum line is produced from high-quality recyclable material.
USE & CARE
Are your products microwave and oven safe?
Bagasse items are microwave and freezer safe but not designed for ovens or open flames. Aluminum containers are oven safe but should not be used in microwaves.
Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All Urban Box Co. products are BPA-free, food-safe, and designed to handle hot, oily, and saucy foods without leaking or breaking down prematurely.
What is composting and how can I start?
Composting is the process of turning organic materials into nutrient-rich soil. Our bagasse products can be composted in commercial facilities and, under the right conditions, in home compost bins.

Yes. We’re committed to sustainable practices across the board, including shipping and retail packaging that minimize waste.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days across the U.S. Wholesale and bulk orders may take longer depending on volume.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please see our full Shipping & Returns Policy for details.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
Please email us at urbanboxco1@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item.
